As of 2/9/10 the following homes are available for the 2010-2011 school year. We are taking applications now.
These homes all require a 12 month lease. None of these homes are available to move into right now. We do not collect last month's rent. Security deposit is 1.5 times monthly rent (if rent is $100 deposit is $150).
Watch for scheduled open houses to view the homes
of your choice. Please make sure all of your roommates are at the open
house. We will only show our houses to complete groups of tenants.

Thanks for your interest in our homes for rent. As you can see from the website, because all of our homes are very near campus they rent very quickly. As in previous years we expect all of them to be leased by Jan. 1st. Act now for your best choice! All units are on a 12 month lease with a June 2010 move-in. Look over the website closely; most of your questions will be answered here.
All security deposits and first month's rent must be paid before a home is considered leased. A lease won't be complete until each roommate has completed a co-sign/EFT payment form and signed the lease. We do not allow pets in any of our homes.
