Current Rentals

As of 5/2/08 the following homes are available for the 2008-2009 school year.

These homes all require a 12 month lease. None of these homes are available to move into right now. We do not collect last month's rent. Security deposit is 1.5 times monthly rent (if rent is $100 deposit is $150).

Thanks for your interest in our homes for rent. As you can see from the website, because all of our homes are very near campus they rent very quickly. Act now for your best choice! All units are on a 12 month lease with a June 2008 move-in. Look over the website closely; most of your questions will be answered here.

All security deposits and first month's rent must be paid before a home is considered leased. A lease won't be complete until each roommate has completed a co-sign/eft payment form and signed the lease.
