Online Repair Request Instructions - We are having trouble with our online repair form. In the email redirect following please give us this info:
Property address
Tenant name
Home phone
Daytime phone
Email address (this is very important as we don't get your address on the email "from" space)
Describe your Repair Request, giving as much detail as possible
Please let us know if we can enter your home to make the repairs whether you or your roommates are at home or not. Yes or No
EASY ACCESS:
ChicoForRent or it's
representative may enter my residence between the hours of 9:00 and 5:00
Monday - Friday to make this repair. If possible, we will call you before
we come by. This is the fastest way
to get your repair completed, as many days a repairman with an extra 30
minutes may be in your neighborhood.
SET APPOINTMENT:
Should you elect to set an appointment and
miss it you will be charged a $75 trip charge due our maintenance contractor
in advance upon his return visit. Also, with a set appointment, you must
vacate your parking area for our maintenance contractor's vehicles. We
will try our best to schedule the appointment within 5 days of your first
